The present invention relates to an apparatus to manufacture a valve body of an automatic transmission for a vehicle, having a structure to prevent burning and sticking of the inner surface of a valve body and prevent formation of a pore when a valve body is manufactured in a die-casting method. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a fixated core (100) guiding molten metal and supporting formation of a product; a slide core (200) installed in a position apart from the fixated core (100) and slid to allow the product to be formed between the fixated and slide cores (100, 200); and a core pin (300) installed in the slide core (200) and forming an assembly position of a slide valve, wherein a plurality of core pins (300) are installed at uniform intervals and are mounted to be able to be attached to/detached from the slide core (200). Accordingly, provided are advantages of enhancing work efficiency and improving quality of a product.
