The present invention relates to a method for measuring a 3D image expected visual fatigue level based on a depth image and a bio-signal considering a user and a system thereof. The method comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining an image expected visual fatigue level parameter associated with an image feature from a 3D image; (b) obtaining a bio-signal obtained visual fatigue level parameter appearing from a bio-signal of a viewer while watching a 3D image; and (c) generating weights by using a fuzzy function generated from the obtained image expected visual fatigue level parameter and the obtained bio-signal visual fatigue level parameter, and selecting one of the generated weights to calculate a user′s visual fatigue level.
