The present invention relates to a three-dimensional underground pipeline measuring system using multiple three-axis rotation sensors, which detects a three-dimensional embedment shape of an underground pipeline by inserting a measurement assembly in which multiple assembly nodes are assembled in series, into the pipeline and detecting a three-dimensional shape by using the rotation direction measured at each assembly node by installing the three-axis rotation sensor at the each assembly node. The three-dimensional underground pipeline measuring system using the multiple three-axis rotation sensors comprises: a measurement assembly formed as the multiple assembly nodes are assembled in the series, wherein the each assembly node includes the three-axis rotation sensor; a collection unit collecting three-axis rotation direction data measured by the three-axis rotation sensor of the each assembly node; and a calculation unit measuring the position of the each assembly node by using the collected three-axis rotation direction data and estimating the positions of the assembly nodes connected in the series in the three-dimensional shape of the underground pipeline. According to the present invention, after the multiple assembly nodes connected in the series are inserted into the underground pipeline, a three-dimensional connection shape of the whole assembly node is measured to estimate the shape of the pipeline. So, the three-dimensional embedment shape of the underground pipeline can be measured.
