The present invention relates to: a Taraxacum platycarpum mixed extract composition for improving brain comfort; health functional food for improving brain comfort including the Taraxacum platycarpum mixed extract composition; a method for producing the Taraxacum platycarpum mixed extract composition having an effect of improving brain comfort; and to a Taraxacum platycarpum mixed extract produced by the method. The Taraxacum platycarpum mixed extract composition of the present invention, when taking the Taraxacum platycarpum mixed extract, induces the increase of relative fast alpha power spectrum (RFA) in the left prefrontal cortex, left frontal lobe, right frontal lobe, middle larynx, right parietal lobe, central parietal lobe and left parietal lobe, and induces the increase of the spectral edge frequency 50% of the alpha spectrum band (ASEF) in the middle prefrontal cortex to increase the brain comfort.
