MANUFACTURING METHOD OF MASK PACK WITH PRINTED PATTERNS IN ONE-SIDED OF TRICOT FABRIC

The present invention relates to a mask pack which uses a material with sufficient elasticity and adsorption performance while printing a foil pattern on a surface of the material to realize a pleasant appearance. According to the present invention, a print film is obtained by printing the foil pattern on a surface of a film through an embossing roller included in a foil pattern printing device and drying the film. A tricot sheet is supplied to a bonding roller with the print film to obtain a film-bonded tricot sheet by bonding the same. The film-bonded tricot sheet is heated to transfer and print the foil pattern printed on the surface of the film to the tricot sheet. The film-bonded tricot sheet is separated to the film and the tricot sheet through a film separation apparatus before the separated film and tricot sheet are wound to obtain a mask pack sheet. The mask pack sheet is punctured to obtain a mask pack body with the foil pattern formed thereon. A cosmetic skin care composition is adsorbed to the mask pack body to prepare a mask pack product.
