The present invention relates to a biomarker composition including PINK1 for diagnosing neuropathic pain, a composition or a kit including the same containing a medicine for measuring mRNA expression of PINK1 or protein activity thereof and a method of screening a neuropathic pain medicine. PINK1 of the present invention is expressed especially in GABA type nerve and associated closely with mitophagy in mitochondria. Moreover, since the expression of the PINK1 significantly increases in a patient with neuropathic pain, as compared to healthy people, the PINK1 is used as a biomarker for diagnosing neuropathic pain or is used as a composition or kit for diagnosing neuropathic pain by using a medicine for measuring mRNA expression or protein activity. Furthermore, the present invention is able to be used in various medical and biological fields as a method of screening a neuropathic pain medicine by measuring mRNA expression of PINK1 or protein activity thereof.
