The present invention relates to a lining panel structure for a concrete water purification plant and a water storage facility and a lining method using the same and, specifically, to a lining panel structure connected to an inner wall of a concrete water purification plant and a water storage facility and a lining method for a concrete water purification plant and a water storage facility by using the same. According to the present invention, the lining panel structure for a concrete water purification plant and a water storage facility has a horizontal flat iron (21) and a vertical flat iron (22) connected to the inner side of a concrete wall forming the concrete water purification plant and the water storage facility in a lattice form. A cross flat iron (30) is connected to a concrete wall (10) at a part in which the horizontal flat iron (21) and the vertical flat iron (22) cross each other. Each stainless steel panel (40) for a lining of the concrete water purification plant and the water storage facility is connected to square unit lattice formed by the cross flat iron (30) and the horizontal and vertical flat irons (21, 22). A square frame of the stainless steel panel (40) is connected to the horizontal and vertical flat irons (21, 22) and the cross flat iron (30). An installation curve unit (31a) to which the adjacent vertical flat iron (22) is installed and connected is formed by being concave on the upper part and the lower part of the cross flat iron (30). The installation curve unit (31b) to which the adjacent horizontal flat iron (21) is installed and connected is formed by being concave on the left and right of the cross flat iron (30). One end of the vertical flat iron (22) is installed and connected to the installation curve unit (31a) of the cross flat iron (30). One end of the horizontal flat iron (21) is installed and connected to the installation curve unit (31b) of the cross flat iron (30).
