The present invention relates to a facility structure to assemble a part of a nuclear fusion generator with enhanced moving stability and, more specifically, to a facility structure to assemble a part of a nuclear fusion generator with enhanced moving stability, improving a configuration of a rotary workpiece rotated at a predetermined angle with respect to an inboard column to stably move a rail, so as to constraint a failure due to shaking and enhance coupling precision. According to the present invention, the facility structure to assemble a part of a nuclear fusion generator assembles a unit part forming the nuclear fusion generator by rotating the unit part on the rotary worktable at a predetermined angle in a fixed state. The facility structure comprises: the rotary worktable; the rail installed on the ground as a predetermined track in order to be assembled in accordance with a coupling shape of the nuclear fusion generator; a bottom plate including a rotary operation member installed to move along the rail; and a coupling tower installed on an upper part of the bottom plate to support the unit part. On the bottom plate, installed are a plurality of clamp devices on a part on which the rail is passed, thereby being able to adjust a separation distance from the rail or fix the entire bottom plate on the rail.
