The present invention relates to an equipment structure for assembly of nuclear fusion generator parts, and more specifically, to an equipment structure for assembly of nuclear fusion generator parts which improves the configuration of a rotary workbench rotating at a certain angle with respect to an inboard column, thereby enabling an efficient rotary motion while minimizing a rotary load due to the heavy load. According to the present invention, the equipment structure for assembly of nuclear fusion generator parts allows unit parts constituting a nuclear fusion generator to be rotated at a certain angle in a state in which the unit parts is supported on the rotary workbench, thereby enabling the assembly. The rotary workbench includes: a rail installed on the ground with a predetermined track to be assemblable in accordance with a coupled shape of the nuclear fusion generator; a bottom plate having a rotary operating member installed thereon so that the bottom plate is movable along the rail; and a coupling tower installed on an upper portion of the bottom plate to support the unit parts. The rotary operating member includes: a guide device installed on a lower portion of the bottom plate to guide the rotary operating member along the path of the rail; and a skid device installed on a lower portion of the bottom plate to be selectively fixable to the rail, and capable of pushing or pulling the bottom plate in a fixed state.
