Opening and closing apparatus of a laser beam for exploring underwater using buoyancy

The present invention relates to a laser opening and closing apparatus for a submarine exploration using a buoyancy in which, when a laser apparatus is submerged for a submarine exploration, a laser exit port is opened by an opening and closing unit raised due to a buoyancy so that a laser can be used, and when the laser apparatus is outside the water, the opening and closing unit closes the laser exit port by a restoring force of an elastic member to prevent a laser from being emitted to the outside, thereby safely protecting a user from the laser. To this end, the present invention comprises an opening/closing unit formed of a material having a density smaller than that of water and for opening/closing an exit port of a laser unit; and an actuating unit that when the laser unit is submerged, opens the exit port by raising the opening and closing unit through the buoyancy and when the laser unit is exposed to the atmosphere, returns the opening and closing unit to its original position to close the exit port.
