The present invention relates to a laser opening and closing apparatus provided in a laser apparatus for submarine exploration. More particularly, the present invention relates to a laser opening and closing apparatus for a submarine exploration using an air pressure difference in which, when a laser apparatus is submerged, a laser exit port is opened so that a laser can be used, and when the laser apparatus is outside the water, the laser exit port is closed to prevent a laser from being emitted to the outside thereby safely protecting a user from the laser. A laser opening and closing apparatus for a submarine exploration using an air pressure difference comprises: an opening/closing unit for opening/closing an exit port of a laser unit from which a laser is emitted; and an operation unit that when the laser unit is submerged, rotates an opening and closing unit to open the exit port if water pressure is above a predetermined pressure and when the laser unit is exposed to the atmosphere, returns the opening and closing unit to its original position to close the exit port.
