Methods and systems for estimating physiological heart measurements from medical images and clinical data are disclosed. Patient-specific anatomical models of the heart are generated from the patient ' s medical image data. The patient-specific multi-physics computed cardiac model can be applied to patient-specific anatomical models by personalizing parameters of the cardiac electrophysiology model, cardiac biomechanical model, or cardiac hemodynamic model based on the patient ' s medical image data and clinical measurements . The patient's cardiac function is simulated using a patient-specific multi-physics computed cardiac model. The parameters may be personalized by inverse problem algorithms based on forward model simulations or the parameters may be personalized using a machine-learning based statistical model.
