The present invention relates to an exercise equipment for correcting a body shape, wherein the exercise equipment for correcting the body shape according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a gripping part which grips arms or legs of a user; a loading part connected to the gripping part through a pivotal rod and applying load in the direction opposite to the rotating direction of the pivotal rod; and a control part comparing the first rotational force of one arm or leg of the user with the second rotational force of the other arm or leg, and varying the load on the pivotal rod so as to be balanced within a predetermined value. As a result, the difference in muscle strength between the arms or legs can be minimized and a balanced body shape can be obtained.
