A manufacturing method of the underwear cloth for form correction and underwear for form correction are provided, which prevent the underwear from being shrunk. A manufacturing method of the underwear cloth for form correction using fiber and rubber comprises: a first process of making the rubber which is manufactured by mixing natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reinforcing agent, softener, rubber accelerator, vulcanizing agent, anti-aging agent, and dyeing material flat; a second process of putting a part of the rubber into the organic solvent, melting it, and manufacturing adhesive; a third process of adhering fiber to both side surfaces of the rubber and manufacturing cloth; and a fourth process of manufacturing the underwear cloth after washing, and drying procedure.
