The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly functional urethane waterproof coating component and a complex waterproofing method using the same, and an objective of the present invention is to lower a surface temperature with heat shield and insulation functions to reduce blistering due to solar heat, and remove moisture on a surface with celite, which is a natural material, to reduce blistering. According to the present invention, the coating component is formed by mixing a base part which is polyoxypropylene glycol-toluene diisocyanate (TDI) prepolymer, and a hardener part including 1 to 5 wt% of a crosslinker, 40 to 70 wt% of a polyol resin, 0.1 to 3 wt% of powdered polymer, 1 to 10 wt% of heat shielding color pigment, 20 to 50 wt% of filling pigment, 0.5 to 10 wt% of diatomite, 0.1 to 0.7 wt% of a curing accelerator, and 0.1 to 2 wt% of additives.
