The present invention relates to a hybrid seawater desalinization and salt production system. The hybrid seawater desalinization and salt production system comprises: a high-pressure pump pumping seawater to be treated; a reverse osmosis treatment unit passing the seawater pumped by the high-pressure pump thereinto, and separating the seawater into fresh water and concentrated salt water; an atomization unit treating the concentrated salt water into mist by pressurizing the concentrated salt water discharged from the reverse osmosis treatment unit; a centrifuge connected to the atomization unit in series, receiving, therein, gas treated into mist by the atomization unit, separating salt and water from the gas by centrifugation, and discharging the salt to an external concentrated salt water tank; and a condensation unit condensing the water separated by the centrifuge, and discharging the water to an external fresh water tank. The hybrid seawater desalinization and salt production system of the present invention as configured above is an eco-friendly system, which can employ a combination of a reverse osmosis method and a centrifugal evaporation method to continue to produce large amounts of salt and fresh water, and can use, for centrifugation, energy remaining after a reverse osmosis treatment process to reduce consumed energy for production, thereby improving productivity and not affecting the marine ecosystem.
