A method for analyzing vibro-impact caused in a rotor system under conditions of wide opening of a throttle and close/inertial operation of the throttle under a condition of fastening a multi-staged clutch damper comprises: a step of designing a mathematical model of a nonlinear multi-staged clutch damper having asymmetrical transition angle in a manual transmission; a step of analyzing vibro-impact generated under the condition of the wide opening of the throttle of the multi-staged clutch damper; and a step of analyzing vibro-impact generated under the condition of the inertial operation of the multi-staged clutch damper.
