MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR LEATHER FABRIC COATED WITH POLYURETHANE RESIN MODIFIED FOR ECO-FRIENDLINESS AND LEATHER FABRIC MANUFACTURED THEREBY

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a leather fabric, comprising the steps of: applying a polyurethane resin composition on a mixing paper having a transfer pattern; drying the polyurethane resin composition applied on the mixing paper to form a polyurethane resin layer; applying and drying an adhesive on the polyurethane resin layer to form an adhesive layer; having the adhesive layer and a leather placed on a release film to face each other, and combining and winding the same; aging the wound roll; removing the mixing paper and the release film; and performing an enamel transparent coating on the surface of the polyurethane resin layer from which the mixing paper has been removed. The manufacturing method of the present invention can manufacture a leather fabric in an eco-friendly way, and when coating the leather fabric, may confer excellent leveling properties to the polyurethane resin layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
