The present invention relates to technology for conducting beacon-based instant payment in a field, in which payment from a plurality of users needs to be individually and quickly processed, such as a public transportation payment system including subway or bus. More specifically, beacon coverage is gradually multiplexed on a route of a user and payment-related functions are separately configured in the coverage, and thus, the beacon-based instant payment system is capable of quickly conducting payment when the user goes through the route, while guaranteeing that confusion of a payer is not caused. According to the present invention, since a public transportation payment system including subway or bus is able to be established based on a beacon, users do not need to inconveniently prepare a transportation card each time and are able to conveniently use public transportation through a public transportation payment application installed in a smartphone.
