Peculiar sound detection system and method to be cancelled out the noise by using array microphone in CCTV camera system

Disclosed is a system to detect a noise-offset peculiar sound using an array microphone in a closed cable television (CCTV) camera system. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a plurality of microphones (MIC) installed around a CCTV camera; a peculiar sound detection terminal to generate noise-offset sound data of a field noise offset inputted from each microphone through sound wave by a voice signal processing unit and to transmit the noise-offset sound data to a peculiar sound analysis server through a sharer or a modem; and the peculiar sound analysis server, including a video management system (VMS) server to monitor a moving picture of the camera and an audio to text (ATT) server to store the sound data, converting the sound data into text by an ATT module, extracting a predetermined word representing an emergency situation, and transmitting a pan/tilt/zoom (PTZ) control signal to a PZT controller of the camera when detecting a peculiar sound of the predetermined word, so as to allow the camera to focus and record a moving picture in a direction of the microphone (MIC) detecting the peculiar sound. Moreover, the peculiar sound analysis server issues an alarm, rings an emergency bell when being determined as an emergency situation, and transmits a text message, including a peculiar sound detection location and the predetermined word, to a mobile terminal of a monitoring personnel or a policeman, thereby emergency management is able to be performed.
