The present invention relates to a block structure with a rainwater storage space not easy to be subsided and a rainwater loss prevention construction method using the same. According to the present invention, the block structure comprises the rainwater storage space and a water/air permeation part to allow rainwater to easily permeate the storage space. Due to a rainwater loss prevention construction method to prevent the water/air permeating part from being easily closed by dust or soil and prevent the rainwater stored in the rainwater storage space from flowing out through a lower place, the rainwater is stored for a long period, such that groundwater is supplemented, heat is removed from the block while evaporating moisture on ground surface to lower a surrounding temperature in summer, and geothermal heat is ascended to increase the surrounding temperature in winter. Moreover, the strength of binding between the blocks is raised to prevent subsidence, advantages of preventing the subsidence are utilized to provide a method to secure a reservoir without using a lot of budgets, and weeds are prevented from being easily grown even in a place rarely visited by a person to provide a rainwater storage space easy to manage. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a rainwater storage block comprises a rainwater storage space and a rainwater storage block gap space. The rainwater storage space comprises: a rainwater storage block water/air permeation part allowing rainwater and air to easily permeate the rainwater storage space, and preventing dust or soil from being deposited; a rainwater storage block separation protrusion gap passage to interconnect the rainwater storage space of the rainwater storage block in four directions; and a subsidence prevention binding part to prevent subsidence of the rainwater storage block.
