The present invention relates to a three-dimensional micro-surface capturing device for mixing a stereo image and a photometric stereo and obtaining a three-dimensional micro-surface image of an object. More specifically, the present invention relates to a three-dimensional micro-surface capturing device for mixing a stereo image and a photometric stereo and obtaining a three-dimensional micro-surface image of an object which obtains image information in a method for mixing a stereo camera image and a photometric stereo image, thereby providing a three-dimensional micro-surface of an object and providing a fine surface shape and texture within a three-dimensional shape of the object. The three-dimensional micro-surface capturing device comprises: a lighting part fixing frame (100A); at least one camera part (150A); and a three-dimensional surface shape processing part (300A).
