The present invention relates to a method for cooking a stock for Yangpyeong hangover relief soup, which comprises the steps of: (A) adding raw beef meat into water and heating the same to produce a first stock; (B) adding clotted blood from slaughtered cows and pigs and fermented soybean paste to the first stock remaining after taking out the raw beef meat, and heating the same to produce a second stock; (C) separating the second stock and steamed clotted blood from slaughtered cows and pigs; (D) pulverizing the steamed clotted blood from slaughtered cows and pigs separated from the second stock; and (E) mixing the second stock and the pulverized clotted blood from slaughtered cows and pigs, and heating the same to complete a stock for Yangpyeong hangover relief soup. According to the present invention, it is possible to cook a stock for Yangpyeong hangover relief soup, which has a good taste, is nutritional, is cool and fresh, and can add a savory taste and a deep taste to Yangpyeong hangover relief soup. Thus, flavors and palatability of consumers can be improved, and the present invention can contribute to popularization of Yangpyeong hangover relief soup.
