The present invention relates to a veranda handrail of an apartment house building enabling emergency evacuation. The veranda handrail comprises: a veranda formed to communicate with an indoor residential space of an apartment house; a forward and backward operating unit mounted on the bottom surface of the veranda to be spaced apart at an interval in a forward and backward direction; a fixed handrail mounted on the upper part of the front edge of the veranda; a moving handrail arranged on the front end and the lower part of the veranda, and drawn forward according to an operation of a forward and backward operating unit operated in an emergency situation; a rotation operating unit having an end portion connected to the veranda and the moving handrail, respectively, and rotating the moving handrail withdrawn forward; and a side protection handrail having ends connected to the fixed handrail and the moving handrail, respectively, to prevent falling accidents. According to the present invention, the veranda handrail is used as a safety handrail of a veranda in usual times, and is simply changed when evacuation is needed from a household to another near household due to a fire or the like. Thus, a person can easily move downstairs, and movement between households in an emergency situation can be safely secured.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
