Wide angle emission filters include base media, photoresists, and pigments. The base medium is arranged in a flat shape and includes a material which is transparent and does not generate fluorescence or phosphorescence by excitation light. The photoresist is disposed in the base medium and fixed in a solid state by any one or more methods selected from the group consisting of thermal curing, light curing, and drying. The pigment is disposed in the base medium and absorbs light of a certain wavelength. The excitation light is primarily filtered by the photoresist, and the excitation light is secondarily filtered by the pigment, so that the excitation light can be filtered irrespective of the incident angle of the excitation light.;
