The present invention relates to a heterogeneous catalyst for producing acetic acid by methanol carbonylation. To this end, a rhodium composite ion is ionically bonded to an insoluble catalyst support on which a quaternary pyridine group alone or an acetate group together are grafted on a surface of a fluoropolymer. According to the present invention, it is possible to easily design a fixed-bed bubble column reactor, and there is no need for a special device for catalyst separation, thereby reducing production costs for the device and operations due to simplified processes while improving productivity.
