A linear proton beam target assembly and a proton beam scanning device including the same are disclosed. The linear proton beam target assembly includes a proton beam transfer tube; A beryllium target for shielding one end of the proton beam transport tube, the beryllium target including a cooling conduit penetrating the proton beam transport tube; and a collecting chamber disposed at a lower portion of gravity direction of one end of the proton beam transport tube.
