Novel Pichia kudriavzevii and Use thereof

摘要

The present invention relates to a novel Pichia kudriavzevii strain which is newly separated and a use thereof, and more specifically, to a novel yeast strain having skin protection, wrinkle improvement, and anti-inflammatory effects, and a cosmetic composition, a pharmaceutical composition, and health functional food using the same. According to the present invention, the strain, a lysate thereof, and a culture medium thereof minimize side effects of a conventional wrinkle improving agent or inflammation medicine to be safe on skin, protect skin cells against exposure to ultraviolet rays which are a main cause of skin aging, and reduce or inhibit an enzyme causing skin wrinkles to be useful in preventing skin aging and removing wrinkles. Moreover, the anti-inflammatory activity effectively inhibits the expression of inflammation mediators, thereby treating inflammation and improving skin health.
