The surface treating method of concrete structure having section repair of fiber reinforced composite and neutralization and salt damage preventing layer of silane polymer for improvement of durability
The present invention relates to a surface treatment method for increasing durability of a concrete structure by forming a protective film on the concrete structure. The surface treatment method comprises: a first step of i) forming a lower layer, comprising 5-20 wt% of modified EVA resin, 55-67 wt% of adhesion-reinforced cement, 15-30 wt% of silica, 0.1-5 wt% of polypropylene short fiber, and 0.8-25 wt% of basalt short fiber or ii) forming a surface repair layer, on a surface of the concrete structure, a main material, comprising 45-65 parts by weight of Portland cement (OPC), 1.5-5 parts by weight of alumina cement, 23-35 parts by weight of silica, 1.5-4 parts by weight of anhydrous plaster, 1-2.5 parts by weight of a filler, 0.5-20 parts by weight of basalt short fiber, 0.1-10 parts by weight of polypropylene short fiber, 3-5 parts by weight of a high performance water reducing agent, 3-6 parts by weight of silica fume, 15-23 parts by weight of blast furnace slag fine powder, and 1-5 parts by weight of re-dispersible resin, and 0.4-0.65 parts by weight of titanium dioxide and 0.05-0.5 parts by weight of a fluidizing agent with respect to 100 parts by weight of the main material; and a second step of forming a middle layer comprising 60-70 wt% of acrylic emulsion, 3-5 wt% of potassium silicate, 2-3 wt% of siliconate, 2-3 wt% of methoxy silane, 10-15 wt% of titanium oxide (TiO_2), 3-5 wt% of silica fume powder, 5-9 wt% of diatomite powder, 0.3-0.5 wt% of an antifoaming agent, 0.3-0.5 wt% of a dispersant, and 1-2 wt% of a thickener.
