The present invention relates to an emotional stimulation system for mental and physical stability. According to the present invention, stimulation of a user′s sense of sight, hearing, smell, and touch in an easeful and comfortable atmosphere increases blood flow, mitigates heartbeat, and regulates brain waves to induce mental and physical stability. Accordingly, post-traumatic stress disorder can be prevented by healing tired boy and mind of the user who experienced serious events and accidents. The system comprises: an image output unit; a sound output unit; a lighting means; an odor diffusion unit; and a control means.
