Disclosed are a thigh placement type chalk pad and chalk pad integrated pants equipped with the thigh placement type chalk pad. The disclosed thigh placement type chalk pad comprises: a chalk member in which chalk is stored and from which the chalk can be ejected; a case member which covers the chalk member so that the chalk member can be embedded; and a thigh fixing member which is connected to the case member to fix the case member to a portion of the thigh. The disclosed chalk pad integrated pants equipped with the thigh placement type chalk pad comprises: the thigh placement type chalk pad which includes the chalk member in which the chalk is stored and from which the chalk can be ejected, and the case member which covers the chalk member so that the chalk member can be embedded; and a chalk pants body which is a garment to be worn on two legs and is integrated with the thigh placement type chalk pad on the outside of the thigh. According to the disclosed thigh placement type chalk pad and the chalk pad integrated pants equipped with the thigh placement type chalk pad, the chalk pad is disposed on the outer side surface of the thigh portion. When a user hit the chalk pad with the palm, a certain amount of the chalk comes out. Therefore, while climbing rock, the user can quickly get the chalk on the palm with a small amount without the need to adjust the amount of the chalk on the palm, and the chalk stored therein is not easily poured out.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
