The present invention relates to a closed reduction tool for bone fracture. The tool comprises a pulling adaptor comprising: a handle capable of being gripped; an insertion rod extending from the handle so as to be inserted into a fractured piece in which at least one region is recessed; and a pulling lug extending from a free end of the insertion rod perpendicularly or obliquely to the insertion rod and inserted into the recessed fracture piece to pull the fracture piece. The tool can stably restore the bone fracture by pulling the recessed fractured pieces regardless of the skin thickness.
