The present invention relates to a closed reduction tool for bone fracture, which comprises: a handle capable of being gripped; a support standing upright on the handle; and a spiral portion extending from the support in a spiral shape and pulling a fractured bone piece recessed by being inserted into the recessed bone piece. The spiral portion has a helix radius larger than the radius of the handle. The handle is held and the spiral portion is tilted, and the spiral portion is inserted into the fractured bone piece recessed through an incision window of the fractured bone piece. Then the spiral portion is supported by the fractured bone piece and pulled to restore the fractured bone piece, and then the spiral portion is tilted and pulled out from the incision window of the fractured bone piece.
