The present invention relates to a method for extracting microRNA (miRNA) and detecting the regulated miRNA ID through the result obtained from the miRNA data for each expression level of the sequenced miRNA, and applying the miRNA to the breast cancer biomarker. More particularly, the present invention relates to a breast cancer biomarker characterized by comparing expression level-specific miRNA data simultaneously with a target prediction database and an RNA reference database to detect a regulated miRNA ID to identify tumor genes and tumor suppressor genes.
