A controller for a greenhouse according to embodiments of the present invention comprises: an antibacterial filter part for filtering contaminants of atmospheric air; a fan coil part adjusting the air inputted through the antibacterial filter part to a preset temperature; and a sterilizing part sterilizing or disinfecting the temperature-controlled air in the fan coil part, and supplying the sterilized or disinfected air to a pipe installed under the ground of the greenhouse, wherein the sterilizing part uses hypochlorous acid as a sterilizing and disinfecting agent, and the hypochlorous acid may be injected through a plurality of injection holes to combine with temperature-controlled air to be formed in a spray form.
