RDX A MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR REDUCED SENSITIVITY RDX

The present invention relates to a desensitized cyclotrimethylenetrinitramine (RDX) production method. More specifically, the present invention relates to a desensitized RDX production method enabling production of desensitized RDX with desensitized shock sensitivity, comprising the following steps: adding crude RDX to a crystallization tank, dissolving the same in cyclohexanone, adding water to cyclohexanone in which the crude RDX is dissolved, and mixing the same to prepare an RDX mixture; injecting gas to a lower portion of the crystallization tank at a constant pressure to generate flow in the RDX mixture, and azeotropically distilling the same to produce a desensitized RDX solution; diluting the desensitized RDX solution with water, and cooling the same to a predetermined temperature to precipitate desensitized RDX particles; and filtering and drying the precipitated desensitized RDX particles.
