The present invention provides novel molecular markers for the anticancer drug resistance of bile duct cancer and its diagnostic and therapeutic uses. The marker of the present invention is significantly increased in the anticancer drug resistant biliary cancer cell line as comd to the anti-cancer drug resistant biliary cancer cell line. By inhibiting the expression of the marker protein of the present invention, the susceptibility of the anticancer drug resistant biliary tract to the anticancer drug can be improved.;
