The present invention relates to a waterproofing method for leakage prevention, rebar anti-corrosion treatment, cross section repair, and reverse water pressure of a rebar concrete disposed in a wet region using a cement-based watertight agent, an anti-corrosion agent, a cross section repairing agent, and a waterproofing agent, which can improve waterproof properties, comprising: a base surface arrangement step; a watertight step; and a crack repairing and waterproofing step.
