The present invention relates to a concrete cross section repair and joint construction method using a concrete-integrated and organic/inorganic hybrid waterproofing material stacked self-adhesive seal reinforcing and waterproofing sheet, capable of being applied to seismic reinforcement and a seismic design. According to the present invention, the concrete-integrated and organic/inorganic hybrid waterproofing material stacked self-adhesive seal reinforcing and waterproofing sheet, which is formed by forming a self-adhesive seal layer on the bottom surface of reinforced fiber fabric and stacking an organic/inorganic hybrid waterproofing material layer on the reinforced fiber fabric, is constructed on a concrete crack generation part, a cross section repair part, a joint part, and a waterproofing construction part by self-adhesion, and mortar is deposited thereon, and thus waterproofing construction is performed simultaneously with concrete crack, cross section, or joint repairing construction.
