The present invention relates to a perspective-variable VR camera rig in which a plurality of cameras are arranged in a radial direction to photograph a 360-degree panorama image, an object can be made smaller or larger by adjusting the viewpoint to be smaller or larger than an average distance between human pupils, and the VR camera rig can be adjusted quickly and precisely because each camera moves at the same time during viewpoint adjustment. To this end, the perspective-variable VR camera rig of the present invention comprises a circular outer disc; a plurality of supports which are moved along a plurality of guide rails formed at equal intervals in the radial direction on the outer disc; and a circular inner disc placed on the lower surface of the circular outer disc and having a spiral groove on the upper surface thereof, the spiral grooves engaging with spiral projections on the lower surface of the supports. The spiral groove pushes or pulls the spiral projection radially in the process of rotating either the inner disc or the outer disc in the forward and reverse directions, or the spiral projection spreads or narrows radially in the spiral groove so that the viewpoints of the cameras can be simultaneously adjusted at regular intervals.
