The present invention relates to a perspective-variable VR camera rig in which a plurality of cameras are radially arranged to photograph a panoramic image with 360 degrees and a size of an object can be reduced or increased by adjusting the perspective to be smaller or greater than an average distance between pupils of a human being. Particularity, the perspective can be quickly and accurately adjusted since the cameras are simultaneously moved. To this end, the perspective-variable VR camera rig comprises: a circular outer plate; a plurality of supports moved along a plurality of guide rails radially formed at regular intervals on the circular outer plate, and having the cameras mounted thereon, respectively, wherein spiral protrusions formed on the bottom surface of the supports are exposed to a space and are a spiral of Archimedes while being formed in a spiral shape with a predetermined width so that the distance from the center increases in proportion to a rotation angle; and a circular inner plate disposed on a lower portion of the circular outer plate and having a spiral groove with a spiral of Archimedes formed on an upper surface in the same plane, wherein the spiral groove is formed in a spiral shape while having a distance from the center which increases in proportion to a rotation angle such that the spiral groove and the spiral protrusion on the support are engaged to each other. The spiral protrusion is radially moved with the spiral groove along the guide rails while at least one of the circular inner plate or the circular outer plate rotates in a reverse direction so that perspectives of the cameras are simultaneously adjusted at regular intervals.
