The present invention relates to a method for producing an acidified crude oil extract having enhanced antioxidative activity using pressurized steam. More specifically, the extract of corn oil was prepared using pressurized steam, and the content of phenolic compounds of gallic acid and (+) - catechin hydrate was increased and antioxidant activity was excellent. There was a protective effect against oxidative cell death. Therefore, the extract of corn oil, in which the antioxidative activity produced according to the above-described method is enhanced, can be used as various antioxidant health functional foods containing the active ingredient.
