An image learning apparatus according to the present invention collects a photographed image including a learning object for learning of an artificial neural network, moves a window having a predetermined size in the photographed image to generate a plurality of patch images from the photographed image, labels pixels constituting the photographed image with a plurality of classes having different characteristic values based on the patch image, sets a ratio of an area occupied by each of the classes in the photographed image as an input value, and sets a feature value indicating each of the classes as an output value to learn the artificial neural network. It is possible to detect a type of object detected in the input image.
