The present invention relates to a method for removing odor of fish and meat using a nifa palm phlox, a fish and meat by the method, and more particularly to a method of spraying a fish or meat with a nifa palm leaf extract . According to the present invention, it is possible to remove the fishy flesh of fish and meat, improve the meat quality and taste, and enhance the overall preference. In addition, there is also an effect of suppressing the generation of decolorizing bacteria and maintaining the freshness for a long period of time.
