The present invention relates to a UV-LED irradiation photograft dyeing method including photograft modification, and more specifically, to a method for modification by allowing a photoinitiator excited by multi-wavelength ultraviolet rays to substitute hydrogen and form radical on a PET surface so as to photograft a monomer, and for starting a photograft polymerization of dye and performing a dyeing operation by allowing a photoinitiator excited by UV-LED to substitute hydrogen of modified PET and form radical. According to the UV-LED irradiation photograft dyeing method including photograft modification, it is possible to perform a dyeing operation with only a small amount of water at room temperature to reduce energy consumption, and since neutral salt, reactive alkali catalyst and the like are not used, it is eco-friendly. In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to dye various kinds of fiber without depending on affinity between fiber and dye by irradiating ultraviolet rays to perform photograft polymerization, which is different from an absorption-based dyeing process.
