Provided is a portable fluorescence measurement device based on an ultraviolet-light emitting diode (UV-LED) light source. According to the present invention, the measurement device provides a light source position movement device using a UV-LED light source, and the UV-LED light source is able to be provided with inexpensive costs as a light source for a fluorescence measurement device. The light source position movement device allows the UV-LED light source to be movably installed on a base member of a body unit in order to adjust a separation distance between the UV-LED light source irradiating ultraviolet ray and a sample installation unit; thereby the measurement device being able to adjust an optical distance with a fluorescence object to be measured through a simple manipulation of a control knob of a linear movement control unit which constitutes the light source position movement device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
