The present invention relates to a culture medium for the in vitro maturation of oocyte containing allicin, and an in vitro embryo production method using the same. According to the present invention, the culture medium can improve the maturation rate of oocyte nucleus and cytoplasm, and can improve the production efficiency of the in vitro embryos such as oocytes from the somatic cell cloning which is produced by using parthenogenetic oocytes or oocytes during the aging process.
