The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing mixed flower extracts extracted by natural deep eutectic solvents and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of mixed flower extracts and a cosmetic composition containing the extracts which use natural deep eutectic solvents to extract a flower mixture consisting of Forsythia Koreana, Brassica Napus, Narcissus, Taraxacum officinale, Potentilla Fragarioides, Magnolia Kobus, Paeonia Suffruticosa, Prunus mume, Camellia Japonica, Prunus serrulata, and Plumeria Rubra, and perform an enzymatic treatment on the extracts to have excellent skin moisturizing, antibacterial, soothing, skin regenerating, and wrinkle reducing activity.
