The present invention relates to a method for fabricating a quantum dot film in which encapsulated quantum dots are dispersed so as to uniformly disperse the quantum dots in a matrix resin to improve quantum dot efficiency and prevent the deterioration of the quantum dots through encapsulation; to the quantum dot film prepared thereby, and a wavelength converting film and a display comprising the film.
