The present invention relates to a can sorting and packaging device capable of performing sorted loading and automatic packaging while continuously supplying canned food products, including: a supply unit for automatically and sequentially supplying from an uppermost product while lifting and lowering a pallet on which a plurality of products are stacked in multiple layers; an alignment transfer unit for aligning supplied products in a line and transferring the products; a transfer conveyor for continuously transferring the aligned products to a post-process; an alignment and direction switching unit for moving the products in a direction in which the transfer conveyor is disposed while aligning the transferred products at a predetermined interval; a sorted loading unit for sorting the transferred products according to a setting and loading the sorted products so that the sorted products is able to be packaged in a bundle; a package alignment unit for aligning the loaded products in close contact with each other so as to be packaged in the bundle; a packaging film insertion unit for supplying and inserting a packaging film into an upper portion of the aligned products; and a contraction packaging unit for heating the packaging film covered on an outer side of the product so as to be contracted to allow the packaging film to package the products while making close contact with the products.
